• Physio & Exercise Phys – we are affiliated with a qualified Physiotherapist that will help you with any therapy to help regain your independence
• Case management services to help you navigate the complex systems and services.
• Information and referral services to connect you with local organisations and resources that can provide additional support.
• Advocacy services to help you assert your rights and access the support you need.
• Counselling and support groups to provide emotional and social support to individuals and their families.
• Education and training programs to help you learn new skills and improve your independence.
• Accessibility consulting to make sure you have the right knowledge for transportation, and areas necessary
